![]() Exchange Street Bistro is proud to have the talent and ingenuity of Clif Clark as its new Executive Chef. Clif has been developing his culinary prowess since the early age of 15, where he was working at the Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge MA for former Senator Jack Fitzpatrick.With his hard work,diligence and natural talents, he was promoted to Sous Chef at such a young age. Clif knew from that point on he would pursue and develop his craft. He attended Newbury College and graduated with honors in Culinary Arts in 1998. Upon graduation, Clif immersed himself into his culinary career as Executive Chef at prominent Massachusetts restaurants such as Ironside Grille in Charlestown, The Landing at 7 Central in Manchester by the Sea and most recently Zons in Jamaica Plain. He now takes all his experience joins Exchange Street Bistro with several culinary accolades from being featured on TV Diner with Billy Costa to attending the Boston Globe Celebrity Chef Series at the Boston Wine Expo, to his speaking engagements at the Guest Chef’s Newbury College Alumni series. Clif credits the development of his pristine culinary skills to working under the tutilege of those such as Chef J. Silva, as well as gaining insight and experience from chef/owners Ian Just and Tony Sussi. Clif has taken his passion and creativity to combine various cuisines but still emphasizes his traditional concepts, roots and techniques. Clifs exceptional culinary skill and outstanding talents are a welcome addition to Exchange Street Bistro. |
